Mechanism of Action

The premium version of UPCOB — adding Benfotiamine and Vitamin D3. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of Thiamine (Vitamin B1) with significantly better bioavailability than standard thiamine. It specifically blocks the biochemical pathways through which high blood sugar damages nerves and blood vessels — making it particularly relevant in diabetic neuropathy. Vitamin D3 has emerging evidence for nerve health and pain modulation. Together with methylcobalamin and ALA, this creates a comprehensive neuroprotective formula.

Indications

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (primary indication), severe B12 deficiency with neurological symptoms, chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, chronic nerve pain, and advanced neuropathy requiring higher-level nutritional support.

Dosage & Administration

Take as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not self-medicate.

Why UPCOB FORTE?

UPCOB FORTE is the step-up option within the UPCOB range — for patients with more significant neuropathy where the addition of benfotiamine and Vitamin D3 provides extra therapeutic value beyond the standard formula.
