Doxofylline 400mg
Doxofylline is a third-generation xanthine bronchodilator that relaxes smooth muscle in the bronchial airways, relieving airway narrowing and improving breathing. Unlike older theophylline, Doxofylline has a lower affinity for cardiac and CNS receptors — making it significantly safer with much lower risk of the heart palpitations, tremors, and insomnia associated with theophylline. It is the standalone bronchodilator version in the JETFYL brand range.
Bronchial asthma, COPD, and bronchospasm where bronchodilator therapy alone is needed without a mucolytic. Suitable as a cleaner, safer alternative to theophylline.
