Ambroxol HCl 30mg + Levosalbutamol 1mg + Guaiphenesin 50mg per 5mL
Similar triple-action to MILDRESP AM but uses Levosalbutamol instead of Terbutaline as the bronchodilator. Levosalbutamol is the active L-isomer of Salbutamol — it provides bronchodilation with fewer cardiac side effects (less tachycardia and tremors) than racemic Salbutamol. This makes it better tolerated in children and elderly patients.
Productive cough with bronchospasm in children and elderly, asthma with mucus, bronchitis, and patients where Salbutamol causes significant palpitations.
Take as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not self-medicate.
The Levosalbutamol-based variant of MILDRESP AM — better tolerated in children and cardiac-sensitive patients where Terbutaline may cause more tremor.
