Mechanism of Action

Paediatric strength version of MILDRESP LS — half the Ambroxol concentration (15mg vs 30mg per 5mL) calibrated for younger children (2–6 years) where the standard adult syrup dose would be excessive. Same triple action: mucolytic + expectorant + bronchodilator.

Indications

Productive cough in children 2–6 years, bronchitis, asthma with mucus in toddlers, and paediatric respiratory congestion with wheeze.
