Rabeprazole 40mg + Domperidone 30mg — higher-dose rabeprazole combination for more severe acid-related conditions. Same dual mechanism as SOUNDRAB™ DSR (irreversible H⁺/K⁺-ATPase inhibition + peripheral D2 prokinetic). The 40mg rabeprazole dose is indicated for erosive oesophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and severe GORD unresponsive to 20mg. Alu-Alu blister provides superior moisture protection.
Erosive oesophagitis (requiring higher acid suppression for mucosal healing), severe GORD with breakthrough symptoms on 20mg PPI, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other acid hypersecretory states, severe functional dyspepsia with significant gastroparesis component, and H. pylori eradication regimens requiring higher PPI dose for optimal intragastric pH.
