Mechanism of Action
Tolperisone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that reduces muscle spasticity by blocking sodium and calcium channels in the spinal cord. Diclofenac reduces inflammation and pain. Together they address both the muscle spasm and the inflammatory pain component.
Indications
Painful muscle spasm, back pain, neck pain, musculoskeletal pain with spasticity.
