Mechanism of Action
A triple-action combination for swelling, inflammation, and pain. Trypsin-Chymotrypsin are proteolytic enzymes that break down inflammatory proteins and directly reduce tissue oedema and bruising. Aceclofenac is a selective COX-2 NSAID reducing prostaglandin-driven inflammation. Paracetamol adds central pain relief. Together they address post-surgical swelling, inflammation, and pain through three complementary pathways.
Indications
Post-surgical oedema, sports injuries, fractures and sprains, dental surgical swelling, post-ENT procedure recovery, and inflammatory conditions with pain and swelling.
