Mechanism of Action
Rosuvastatin lowers LDL cholesterol to reduce plaque formation. Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet agent that prevents platelets from clumping together and forming clots. Together they reduce both the cholesterol plaque buildup and the clotting risk that drives heart attacks and strokes.
