Ferrous Ascorbate 100mg (chelated iron-vitamin C, superior bioavailability and tolerability) + Folic Acid 1.5mg (erythropoiesis cofactor, neural tube protection) + Zinc 22.5mg (immune function, wound healing, reproductive health, cofactor for >300 enzymes).
