Montelukast — leukotriene blockade for deeper allergic inflammation control
03
Dual mechanism — histamine + leukotriene pathways both covered
04
No cardiac QT concerns (unlike some antihistamines)
05
Suitable for all adult allergy patients including those who drive

Mechanism of Action

A non-sedating anti-allergy combination. Fexofenadine is a third-generation antihistamine — highly selective, zero sedation, no cardiac side effects, and no drug interactions. Montelukast adds leukotriene receptor blockade for anti-inflammatory airway and nasal protection. Together they cover both histamine and leukotriene pathways — the two main chemical mediators of allergic disease.

Indications

Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, chronic urticaria (skin hives), and patients needing non-drowsy comprehensive anti-allergy treatment.

Dosage & Administration

Take as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not self-medicate.

Why MINEFEX M?

Fexofenadine-Montelukast targets two complementary allergy pathways — particularly useful for moderate-severe allergic rhinitis where antihistamine alone is insufficient.
