Mechanism of Action
A three-component neuropathic pain combination. Pregabalin blocks calcium channels in pain-signalling neurons, reducing nerve firing and relieving burning and tingling pain. Indications
Moderate-to-severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, fibromyalgia, and chronic neuropathic pain where Pregabalin alone is insufficient.
