Mechanism of Action

A triple-action respiratory combination covering bronchodilation, mucolysis, antihistamine, and leukotriene blockade in one tablet. Acebrophylline SR opens airways and clears mucus. Desloratadine is a non-drowsy second-generation antihistamine blocking histamine-mediated allergic inflammation. Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors, reducing airway inflammation and hypersensitivity — particularly effective in allergic asthma. Together they address the full spectrum of obstructive and allergic airway disease.

Indications

Allergic asthma with bronchospasm, COPD with allergic component, allergic rhinitis with lower respiratory involvement, and patients needing combined bronchodilator and anti-allergy therapy.

Dosage & Administration

Take as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not self-medicate.

Why SAFEBRO DM?

The most comprehensive respiratory tablet in the SAFEBRO range — covering bronchospasm, mucus, histamine, and leukotriene pathways for patients with mixed obstructive and allergic airway disease.
