Mechanism of Action

A paediatric anti-allergy combination. Levocetirizine is a non-drowsy antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors, relieving sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes caused by allergies. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks inflammatory chemicals responsible for airway narrowing and allergic inflammation — particularly effective in allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis. At paediatric doses (2.5mg + 5mg), this combination is calibrated for children.

Indications

Allergic rhinitis in children, paediatric bronchial asthma (allergic), seasonal and perennial allergies, exercise-induced bronchospasm, and skin allergies (urticaria) in children.

Dosage & Administration

Take as prescribed by your doctor or healthcare professional. Do not self-medicate.

Why SOLZAL M Kid?

The levocetirizine-montelukast combination is one of the most commonly prescribed in paediatric respiratory and allergy practice. The kid-specific lower doses make this the appropriate product for the most common paediatric allergy patients.
