Mechanism of Action
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II to reduce blood pressure and protect the kidneys. Cilnidipine blocks L- and N-type calcium channels to dilate blood vessels and additionally reduce urinary protein loss. Together they provide dual-mechanism BP control with enhanced kidney protection.
Indications
