Paracetamol 650mg reduces fever and relieves pain centrally. Caffeine 50mg enhances Paracetamol's analgesic effect — allowing the same pain relief at a lower paracetamol dose — and is particularly useful in headache and migraine management where caffeine independently constricts dilated blood vessels. The amber colour PVC with O2 dye identifies the product for quality assurance.
