Mechanism of Action

Rosuvastatin reduces LDL and plaque. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX-1 to prevent thromboxane-mediated platelet aggregation. Clopidogrel blocks ADP-mediated platelet activation. Together, all three work to reduce cholesterol, prevent clots, and stabilise arterial plaques.
